This beautiful beach house vacation rental offers an open living room and dining area that can easily seat up to 26 guests. There are 2 large flat screen TVs in the living/dining area, and one in each bedroom. This house has it all… 10 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, gameroom, Wi-Fi internet, an easy walk to the beach, and a private pool!
Port Aransas Beach Club is perfect for a family reunion, large parties, fishing tournament or a work retreat by the beach. The fully-stocked kitchen is large enough for several people to prep, cook, and clean up. The kitchen is also equipped with two of each major appliances, (2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators) It also has both a Keurig machine and a regular drip coffee maker. A half bath is located right off the kitchen.
The lower level (first floor) features 3 bedrooms, all with king beds, with a nice breezeway patio separating them from the living area. The upper level, just up the stairs from the main living room, you will find 7 additional bedrooms, with both king beds and bunk beds, and the game room, where your guests will enjoy a large TV, shuffleboard, a ping pong table, and an extra-large sectional sofa. The upper level features a deck to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine, and also includes a stackable washer & dryer for your use.
Outside is just as great as inside, There are 2 charcoal grills to cook on, as well as your own private pool to cool off and relax in after a great day on the beach. Plenty of yard room to bring your yard games to play.
There is parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles (golf carts count as vehicles). The location of this property is very convenient to walk to the beach, a few restaurants, and other entertainment.

This house is well maintained, spacious and is perfectly located at the corner of 11th & Avenue G. It is only a few blocks from the beach and close to all of the restaurants by the marina. The pool and backyard are not amenities you find at many other Port A rentals. We will be back!
We had a large family vacation and this was perfect. The kitchen with double appliances was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We had to call maintenance and he responded quickly.
The perfect place to stay for our company fishing trip or any group in Port Aransas. Very roomy and cozy! Extremely accommodating and anything you need they are there for you! Highly recommend!
